Mac makes it very easy to to do all sorts of screen captures, from a full-screen video to taking a picture of any part of your desktop. To take pictures, it is as easy as pressing 3 buttons, and then you are done!

To capture a screenshot of the entire display:

1. Press Shift + Command + 3 at the same time.
2. Find the picture on your Mac’s desktop.

To capture just a part of the screen on your Mac:

1. Press Shift + Command + 4 at the same time.
2. Find the picture on your Mac’s desktop.

To record a video on your Mac:

1. Open the QuickTime application.
2. Select “File” at the top of the display.
3. Choose the “New Screen recording” option on the drop down.
4. press the record button.
5. You can record the whole screen, or click and drag your mouse cursor to record just a specific part.
