Last October, Adobe announced that their popular photo-editing software Photoshop will be available on iPad devices in 2019. Well, they made good on that promise with the app release. You can now get Photoshop for iPad as a free download, which includes a 30-day free trial. After that, you’ll have to pay a subscription fee to continue using the app.
We know that this initial version is not at feature-parity with the desktop one. However, it does support the Apple Pencil, and allows .PSD files editing. Adobe says that Photoshop for iPad is focused on touch and Apple Pencil features.
It’s good to see that Adobe stuck to the promised schedule for the development and release of their famous app for professional photo-editing on the iPad.
The Adobe MAX 2019 conference will be held this week, where users can expect more news regarding the iPad-supported product.
